The Moderna Mat Laundromat is 3,200 sq/ft and is currently waiting approval for a Conditional Use Permit from the City of Little Rock. Level Studio has provided all construction documents and coordinated with engineers to complete the drawings, CUP process & waiting on official approval from the City Board.

The facility will house state of the art washing and drying equipment. All equipment will be connected to a local server and network. Authorized users are able to start any piece of equipment at any time using their phone. This technology was coordinated to complete the drawings.
