Lake Nixon
Lake Nixon is an outdoor center encompassing 200+ acres and a 34-acre lake located just southwest of Little Rock. The camp hosts a variety of events and gatherings at their facilities.
They recently acquired a house adjacent to the existing lake, and were trying to evaluate the possible uses that the facility could be. Level Studio performed a study to convert the home into a small conference center. The house will include small conference rooms, additional bunk houses, and equipping the building with a sprinkler system. This facility will also have a new and extended outdoor meeting space overlooking the lake to host larger gatherings.
